stayed at the Hampton Inn because of the Blizzard. Needed a place to stay for 2 nights. Obviously because of the blizzard the hotel had reduced staffing but they went over and beyond to help guests. From front desk and shuttle drivers being the ones who made sure breakfast was out for the guests ( the kitchen person could not get in to do the job) to taking guests on the shuttle to get some groceries, and also to a couple near by restaurants that were open. (Hampton does not have a restaurant or bar at this facility). In the middle of being very short staffed those who did manage to get to work did so with a smile even through their fatigue of extended shifts. It was very much appreciated by the guests----all who were stranded travelers as the airport cancelled all flights and the roads were impassable. The employees made a very difficult and stressful situation easier on the guests.

Loved the personalized “Welcome” screen on the TV. Small but well-equipped gym, great breakfast, very comfy bed and room. Appreciated the shuttle service and the driver was so nice. I also appreciated the “brown bag breakfast” to go; while I took advantage of the full breakfast, that option would have been wonderful in a time crunch. Also the shampoo/conditioner/body wash smelled so good! Overall really nice small touches that elevated the stay.

I was delayed by bad weather and arrived at the airport at 12.30 am. I booked the room at the last minute as I finally knew we were leaving and would arrive late. To be greeted by a happy face, after travelling 21 hours was a blessing. Easy check in then straight to bed The shower was great and I loved the bottles of shampoo, etc. Great idea. Better than those little bottles

From the front desk to the breakfast cook to the shuttle operators, the service was outstanding. We were glad we chose the Hampton near the airport!
